Artist Statement
I have always felt drawn to creating because I believe it is a gift from my Creator. In every season of life, drawing and painting have helped me express what words cannot and dream about who I am becoming.
There is a unique peace that comes from standing before a blank canvas and embracing the endless possibilities it offers. Through my work I hope people will pause, breathe a little deeper and be reminded of the things that truly matter — faith, family, nature and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments.
If someone leaves one of my exhibitions or visits my website remembering only one thing, I hope it is this:
I am simply an openly imperfect woman after God's heart.
