Words that move a room, the way a painting moves a wall.
Keynotes, fireside talks and live-painting moments for women's gatherings, churches, conferences, schools and corporate teams — thoughtful, honest, and shaped around the heart of your event.

An artist, actress and mother — inviting audiences into the stories behind the canvas.
Melinda speaks the way she paints — layer by layer, honest and unhurried. She draws from a life shaped by studio, home, loss, joy and faith, and she offers it in a voice that never performs but always arrives.
Every talk is written for the audience it will meet. Nothing is recycled; every message is prepared prayerfully, listened for, and shaped so the room hears not only Melinda's story but a little more of their own.
Glimpses from stages, sanctuaries and gatherings.

Anything else on your mind? Send it through with your enquiry — Melinda's team will reply personally.
Where does Melinda speak?
Across South Africa, with travel further afield welcomed. Johannesburg, Pretoria and the Western Cape are most common, but no venue is too far if the fit is right.
How long is a typical talk?
Keynotes usually run 30 to 60 minutes. Fireside conversations run 20 to 45 minutes. A talk with live painting is best given 45 to 75 minutes so the canvas can breathe alongside the words.
What does the live painting experience involve?
Melinda paints an original canvas during the talk — often themed around the message or the host organisation. The finished piece can be gifted, auctioned for fundraising, or displayed by the host.
What are the fees?
Fees depend on date, travel, format and whether a live painting is included. A warm honorarium is welcomed for church and ministry events; corporate and conference rates are shared on enquiry.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to twelve weeks is ideal, though shorter timelines are sometimes possible. Weekend and women's-month dates fill first — earlier is always kinder.
Can the talk be shaped around a specific theme or scripture?
Yes, and gladly. Bringing a scripture, a season or a theme you're working with helps Melinda prepare something that truly belongs to your event.
Every gathering carries a moment that people will remember.
If you'd like that moment to be honest, warm and quietly beautiful, it would be a privilege to help you shape it — with words, with a canvas, or both.
